Founded by Oleksandr Radchenko, our firm is built on decades of experience, integrity, and a dedication to protecting innovation across borders. After completing the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine with a Specialist Degree in Law in 1997, Oleksandr began his career at the guidance of Mikhail Shevchenko, where he spent ten years specializing in international intellectual property disputes. 

Following the passing of his mentor in 2020, Oleksandr decided to continue that legacy by establishing his own independent practice. Today, the firm has grown into a respected team of ten professionals, providing partner-level service to clients ranging from individual creators to multinational corporations. Our focus lies in delivering precise, tailored legal solutions in the field of intellectual property, ensuring every client receives dedicated attention and strategic guidance. Although based in Ukraine, our firm serves clients worldwide, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters across the European Union, the United States, and China.
